j8j8 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of j8j8.club ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "Member," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with j8j8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of j8j8 following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between j8j8 and the User in relation to the Platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings of any kind, whether oral or written.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on j8j8, the User must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of j8j8 or any affiliated entity;
• Not be self-excluded from j8j8 or any other licensed gaming platform under an active self-exclusion order.

j8j8 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) j8j8 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, the User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. j8j8 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the User's failure to protect their credentials.

Users must notify j8j8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their account by contacting the 24/7 support team. Until j8j8 is notified, the User remains responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

j8j8 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All transactions on j8j8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j8j8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the User's j8j8 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs in real time. j8j8 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is processed, j8j8 may require the User to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID).

j8j8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or any other compliance review required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

j8j8 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit matches, weekly cashback, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bonus amounts, which are published at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players using their own funds in good faith. Users who j8j8 determines to be exploiting bonus structures in bad faith — including through bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting strategies — will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended.

j8j8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be limited to specific player segments or time periods.

All casino games offered on j8j8 are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In all cases of dispute between the User's understanding of rules and j8j8's published rules, j8j8's rules shall prevail.

Non-live games on j8j8 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of those studios.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects game results, j8j8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's wallet. j8j8 shall not be liable for any losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed in error by the User are not refundable. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet amounts and selections before confirming any wager on the j8j8 platform.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on j8j8:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j8j8 staff or other members.

Violation of any prohibited activity rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

j8j8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the User's account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time reminders and mandatory break intervals;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure upon request).

Users may request self-exclusion by contacting j8j8's 24/7 support team. Once a self-exclusion is active, j8j8 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account or opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

j8j8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any User who misrepresents their age to gain access to the Platform shall have their account permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.

All content on j8j8.club — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, software, text, graphics, user interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive property of j8j8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any j8j8 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8j8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the User's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

j8j8's total aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j8j8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. j8j8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

j8j8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j8j8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on j8j8.club. Where changes are material, j8j8 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the User's use of j8j8, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through j8j8's internal dispute resolution process. Users may submit a formal complaint by contacting the j8j8 support team. j8j8 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to reach resolution within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
